DJ Aesthetics
Born and raised in Pittsburgh’s Hill District, Tresa Murphy Green is a young, dynamic, multidisciplinary artist. She is a poet, deejay, and self taught craftswoman. Known as Deejay Aesthetics, curating sound has allowed her to shape spaces to center black femmes/women/queer folks. Deejay Aesthetics melds a wide range of genres from Afro House to Nola Bounce and Jersey Club to birth a original and imaginative experience for partiers. She is co-creator and co-resident of Junction Dance Party, a monthly party at brillobox. Junction is an open-format party that merges sounds, genres, and regions to ignite a fun and energetic dance floor.

DJ based in Pittsburgh PA. As an open format DJ I’ll play any song to keep the party going. Currently I’m a resident at Brillobox in Lawrenceville, where I have a party called Slappers N Bangers (SNB). SNB is a monthly tribute to Trap, Hip Hop, and RnB. It takes place every fourth Saturday of the month. You can catch me every Friday at Umami in Lawrenceville. There, I go deep into my library to bring you House, Jazz, Rnb, and other great dinner sounds. Come ready to here familiar sounds and new gems.

TJ Groover is a music producer and DJ raised in New Jersey, but currently based in Pittsburgh. His early work was primarily producing hip-hop and r&b music for local artist. Currently, TJ Groover has been focusing on branching out and building his own brand by making edits/remixes of his favorite songs and DJ’n around the Pittsburgh club scene. His current sound is influenced by multiple genres of music such as funk, house, Afro beat, and Jersey club.
