Riley Stensland is an artist currently living in Pittsburgh, Pa. Previously having worked in sculptural furniture design, these new flat pieces pull style and reference from dimensional studies, architecture, and cultural imagery. A nod towards street art graffiti and bold calligraphic strokes of black on white, each piece evokes something that cuts through tradition and offers an abstract maze of investigation.
