Q: "yeah, i've heard about "strangeways"... what's the deal?"
A: "STRANGEWAYS" is a lovable pittsburgh-based dance party committed to bringing you top-quality, dance-able rock & roll, with a focus on carefully-curated tracks spanning the entire canon of rock music.

Q: "i've noticed that most pittsburgh dance parties have a mission statement. what's yours?"
A: hmm, not so sure about that one, but sometimes we tag old buildings with "strangeways": a better life through dancing". and we kind of like the sound of that.

Q: "do you play 60s pop?"
A: yep! 

Q: "any 70s glam and art rock?"
A: of course.

Q: "well, i wasn't alive then. 80s new wave and college rock?"
A: absolutely!

Q: "what about 90s britpop?"
A: yes! and allow us to save you some time. we also play contemporary tracks from the 2000's and 2010's too!

Q: "do you guys play rap music?"
A: sometimes, after enough whisky gingers, one of us might play some salt 'n' pepa... but don't count on it.

Q: "sounds good, but what if i'm shy?"
